Wednesday: 6:30 – 7:30
What to Expect
The circuit has ‘stations’ with different exercises. You do each exercise for a set time and then the class rotates to the next station. We usually begin with a class warm-up. Following this, there are usually 2 types of circuit, the first with aerobic exercises and the second anaerobic, weights and other strength based equipment. We finish the class with a cool down and light stretching.
You work at the level you are comfortable with. Everyone has different fitness levels so no one is pressured to work harder than they wish.
Usually the stations are set up for you to train either alone or with a partner.
Who can attend
This class is open to anyone that wishes to attend. Is it suitable for all fitness levels and all ages (13+yrs) but younger participants must be accompanied by an adult.
What to bring
Water is available from the fountain but a water bottle can be useful.
Also a hand towel is good to have.
Wear shorts / jogging pants / leggings and tee shirt, whatever you are comfortable training in.
Indoor training shoes (sneakers not worn outside).
