Welcome to Twin Dragon Martial Arts Club.
Twin Dragon welcomes you to our fully matted dojo (training hall).
We are a friendly non-profit club offering training in three complementary styles of combat martial arts.
We have group classes throughout the week as well as a weekly general fitness circuit class.

Defence...
Both Kano Jiu Jitsu and Kenpo Karate are ideally suited for the purpose for self-defence. Each teach a range of techniques for a variety of situations. Kenpo offers one to one tuition, you or you and your family member with one instructor. Jiu Jitsu is learnt in a group class with the opportunity to train with members of different size and skill.
Coming from another art…
Most martial arts are slanted towards competition or dedicate their focus within a particular sphere of knowledge. Striking arts like Kyokushin or Shotokan karate, Muay Thai and TKD are excellent at striking. Judo, BJJ and wrestling are excellent at grappling. What Kano Jiu Jitsu offers is all these fighting ranges with the emphasis on street defence. This is very different from competition, there are no rules, points or referees.
We encourage you to bring your knowledge and add to it.
